Talent Acquisition Lead

We are currently partnering with a global name in the life sciences arena. This company employs 1000’s of staff worldwide, across Europe, America, Asia and they are going through an incredibly exciting period of growth!

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage a small team of TA Partners covering the company’s internal recruitment needs, across multiple UK sites, from entry level through to Director level. Whilst you will be recruiting for roles across all functions within the business, the vast majority of recruitment is scientific- Life Sciences recruitment experience is a must!

As Talent Acquisition Lead your role will look something like this!

-           Day to day management of the TA Partners
-           Onsite presence Monday to Friday
-           Carrying out 1:1s and daily team meetings
-           Coaching and development of existing staff
-           Ensuring internal SLAs are achieved by the TA team
-           Hands on recruitment!!! Full ownership of your own vacancies, completing the full recruitment cycle
-           Briefing calls with hiring managers
-           Pro-actively sourcing for vacancies- all resources at your disposal including specialist boards and Linkedin recruiter
-           Managing the candidate journey for those candidates that come from the internal referral scheme and also internal transfers
-           Always seeking ideas for ways to improve the effectiveness of the team and enhancing key stakeholder satisfaction

What are we looking for?
-           An experienced recruiter within Life Sciences
-           Previous team leader experience
-           Someone who is customer focussed, and values the importance of building relationships
-           An advocate for the candidate journey, ensuring that the candidate experience is first class
-           Someone who understands the importance of the leading the team from the front

What will you get in return
-           Basic of up to £50k DOE
-           Amazing bonus scheme- my client believes that an internal function should be rewarded just like external recruiters, you have the opportunity to earn circa £20- £25k on top of your basic
-           8-4.30pm Mon to Friday, however they operate flexi time, (core hours of 10-3.30) you can do an early or a late start!
-           Up to 10% pension!
